We at DOM are big fans of bowls for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Here you get a recipe for what you need to make a good breakfast bowl at home, as a healthy breakfast or healthy snack.

By eating dragon fruit, banana, pineapple and mint, you get antioxidants, vitamin C/A, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus and fibers which are good for recharging the body.

Eating fruit and vegetables is important, the recommended dose is 500g per day but sometimes it can be difficult to get enough. Here are some tips that can make it easier to get it all in a day.

- Make a smoothie, that way you get a large amount of fruit. Easy to bring as a snack.

- Use fruit in your cooking, there are many recipes that contain both fruit and vegetables. Both for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert.

- Throw together a fruit salad, it's a big favorite with us. We are happy to make a bursting fruit salad for afternoon coffee, both healthy and tasty!
