Where is my order, I have been waiting more than 5 working days?
Our delivery time is 3-5 working days. We aim to always send an order the next business day. If more than 5 working days have passed, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and name, and we will assist you from thereon.
We recommend visit UPS webbsite to tack your delivery.
How do I know that my order has gone through?
As soon as your order has gone through, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when you made the order. Please note that it is critical that you enter the correct email address.
Don't forget to check your spam.
I'm having trouble adding my promotional code to the order, what do I do?
Place your order without a code and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll correct it afterwards.
Why is my payment not going through?
Contact Klarna's customer service here if you have problems with Klarna payment.
I want the partial payment plan via Klarna. What is the minimum amount I can pay?

How do I make a return?
Complete the return form on our site - You have a 30-day right of return/cancellation from receiving your order. The product that is returned must be in new condition, unused with the label still on the product. Pack the product in the existing plastic bag, stick on the return label if you ordered within EU and hand it in to your nearest UPS service point. Did you receive my return?
When we have received your return, approved it and made a refund, you will receive a confirmation to your e-mail. If you do not receive this, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I return several products in the same package?
Yes, it's fine, fill it out the return form carefully before handing it in to your post office.
Is it possible to return goods that I bought from the outlet or promotion
Yes, it is possible.
Do I have any right of withdrawal?
You have a 30-day right of return/cancellation from receiving your order.
I have purchased from a reseller that sells Drop Of Mindfulness
and would like to make a return. Can I?
No, we cannot accept a return from one of our reseller.
I have bought from Nordic Wellness who sell
Drop Of Mindfulness and want to make a return. Can I?
No, we cannot accept a return from Nordic Wellness. However, we can help you with complaints.
PAYMENT FOR RETURNS
How much does it cost to make a return?
Within the EU(except Sweden) a return fee of 10 EUR is added, which is deducted from your order cost/invoice (does not apply to changing sizes). Orders outside EU and Sweden, you as a customer will stand for the return cost. Contact us if you want help fix a return label email@example.com.
When will I receive my refund after a return?
From the time we receive your return order and approve it in our quality control. This process can take up to 14 days, and you will get the money back after the control is finalized. Always save the receipt you receive at the delivery point when you return your DOM goods.
I have returned my goods and have chosen to pay by invoice. What should I pay?
All payments made via Klarna. Download the Klarna App to easily follow your payment. There you can pay your invoice and keep track of your purchase history.
How do I get my refund when I paid with Klarna?
After we approve your return, we pay back your money through Klarna, which transfers your amount to your bank. May take 1-4 banking days.
