UPS Express Saver

UPS delivers packages to Europe and International orders with a delivery time of 3-5 days.

Collection takes place Monday-Friday, non-holiday days. As soon as you have placed an order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address stating that we have received your order. When we have confirmed your order, you will receive an email with a receipt. When your package has arrived at the nearest delivery point, you will receive an SMS or email.

International orders are shipped with UPS

Drop Of Mindfulness reserves itself for final sales and any image and writing errors on the site, for example errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and price adjustments or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock.

TRANSPORT DEFECTS AND COMPLAINTS:
If your order is lost in the mail or damaged in shipping. Contact us at info@dropofmindfulness.com with your order number and attach a picture with an explanation of what happened and we will assist you. We will then send out a new delivery note for a possible return and replacement with a new product.

We do not replace a used product or any product that is not in our webshop. If you have shopped at one of our retailers, please contact them.

NOT PICKED UP ORDER:
If you do not collect your package from your delivery point, we will charge an administration fee of 25EUR

DELIVERY DELAY:

Delivery times may be extended if unforeseen events occur along the way. Secluded areas may lead to a delay. We recommend visiting UPS webbsite where you will be able to easily track your packages with your tracking number.

NOTE: The UK border control might charge customs fees and VAT on products that are imported from Sweden.

Deliveries to Norway are managed by DDP, which means that Drop of Mindfulness is responsible for all costs for import duties, customs and VAT.

International Returns:

30 days for international orders, please contact our customer service for more information. International orders will be charged a shipping fee upon return – €10 in the EU.
