Collection takes place Monday-Friday, non-holiday days. As soon as you have placed an order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address stating that we have received your order. When we have confirmed your order, you will receive an email with a receipt. When your package has arrived at the nearest delivery point, you will receive an SMS or email.

International orders are shipped with UPS.

Drop Of Mindfulness reserves itself for final sales and any image and writing errors on the site, for example errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and price adjustments or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock.

If you do not collect your package from your agent, we will charge an administration fee of SEK 250.

If your order is lost in the mail or damaged in shipping. Contact us at info@dropofmindfulness.com with your order number and attach a picture with an explanation of what happened and we will help you. We will then send out a new delivery note for a possible return and replacement with a new product.

We do not replace a used product or any product that is not in our webshop. If you have shopped at one of our retailers, please contact them.

Delivery times may be extended if unforeseen events occur along the way. Certain parts of northern Sweden or Gotland may lead to a delay. We recommend downloading the app "My packages" when you can easily track your packages with your tracking number.
