You have a 30-day return and cancellation right.
Before you start your return with us, we want the product being returned or exchanged to be in new condition, i.e. unused with the label still on. Once we have received your return order, it may take up to 14 days for us to process it and approve it in our quality control. We will contact you if your return or change of size does not pass this check. If the return is then approved, it is credited via your Klarna invoice or refunded via Klarna. If you paid by card via Klarna or PayPal, it can take up to 5 banking days to get the money back.
We charge a return cost of SEK 59 within Sweden and this is deducted from your order amount when we have handled your return. Return cost within the EU: €10.
