Weights that are perfect for Pilates, home workouts and leisurely walks when you want to add extra resistance. They can be used around both wrists and ankles and provide an even, comfortable load throughout the workout.
Made of matte silicone and equipped with adjustable Velcro straps for a secure and comfortable fit. The weights come in a 2-pack and weigh a total of 1 kg (0.5 kg per weight). For flexible training, the weight can be easily adjusted by removing the removable weight blocks.
