We want your activewear to last forever.
… so let us show you how to give it the love it deserves.
Here's our little care guide – a reminder that long-lasting relationships need care. Wash gently. Let them rest between workouts. Avoid unnecessary heat. Treat them like your favourite, because that's exactly what they are.
We believe in sustainable training, all the way.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Always check the care label to properly care for your garments and avoid unnecessary shrinkage or damage. Do not wash more than necessary; we often wash our clothes more than needed, and each wash wears down the garment and fades its color. Instead of washing, hang the garment outdoors to air it out, use a steamer to refresh it, and spot-treat stains.
Handwashing is also gentler on garments than machine washing. When machine washing, you can almost always wash at a cooler temperature and more gently than indicated on the care label, which is also kinder to the garment and the planet.
To keep prints and colors as sharp and vibrant as possible, wash your garments inside out and with similar colors. When washing garments made of synthetic materials, preferably do so in a microfiber bag to prevent microfibers from rinsing into the drain.
When washing your clothes, we encourage you to find a gentle and eco-friendly detergent without bleach. Why no bleach? To avoid bleach stains and unnecessary damage to the fibers. Please also skip fabric softener. Fabric softeners often contain petroleum-based chemicals that can be harmful to aquatic organisms when flushed down the drain. Petroleum-based chemicals are not easily biodegradable.
✔ Wash at 30°C or colder
✔ Turn garments inside out
✔ Use a mild, eco-labeled detergent
✔ Avoid fabric softener – it degrades the material's breathability
✔ Do not overfill the machine
Pro tip: Rinse the garment in cold water immediately after exercise if you cannot wash it right away.

DRYING:
Try to avoid tumble drying as much as possible, as it wears out the garment. Heat breaks down elastic fibers and also affects the fit. Hang or lay the garment flat to dry, depending on the item, instead of tumble drying it.
✔ Always air dry when possible
✔ Avoid tumble dryer
✔ Hang in the shade to protect colors and prints
Allowing the garment to air dry significantly extends its lifespan.

EXTEND THE LIFESPAN:
Small habits make a big difference.
✔ Never store damp workout clothes in your bag
✔ Mend small holes instead of discarding
✔ Only wash when absolutely necessary
Every time you extend a garment's life, you reduce its climate impact.
WHEN YOUR WORKOUT CLOTHES HAVE REACHED THE END OF THEIR LIFE:
No garment lasts forever. But how you end its lifecycle makes a big difference.
1. Give the garment a new life
If the garment is still in good condition:
✔ Donate to second hand
✔ Resell through reuse services
✔ Give it away to someone who can use it
Letting the garment live on is the most sustainable option.
2. Recycle textiles
Is the garment worn out?
✔ Donate it to textile collection
✔ Take it to your local recycling centre
✔ Check if your municipality offers separate textile recycling
Textiles should not be thrown in household waste. Many materials can be recycled and turned into new products.
3. Repurpose creatively
Old workout clothes can become:
✔ Cleaning rags
✔ Resistance bands for home workouts
✔ Material for DIY projects
Small initiatives make a big difference.
The whole lifecycle counts
