We are looking for a creative Product Developer/Designer who thinks big and is passionate about creation and training.

At DOM you will become part of a team with the main purpose of creating stylish and functional garments that make women feel strong, confident and comfortable, both at the gym and in everyday life.

• Main responsibility for designing and developing workout clothing from idea to finished product.
• Create sketches, tech packs and clear specifications for production.
• Manage PLM systems.
• Research into trends, materials and functions adapted for training.
• Maintain close and professional dialogue with international suppliers to ensure that samples and production meet our quality and workmanship requirements.
• Lead fittings, testing and improvements to fit and function.
• Ensure that design meets quality, cost and schedule requirements.

• Have experience in product design and/or product development in sportswear or similar.
• Understands materials, construction and fit.
• Is structured, solution-oriented and comfortable with many projects at the same time.
• Is creative in both vision and creation.
• Has a strong eye for detail and a feminine, modern design sense.
• Is used to working in Adobe suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator).
• Is a team player who likes to collaborate and share ideas.

• Textile knowledge is an advantage.
• Have an interest in training and therefore understand what is required of really good training clothing.
• Have experience or knowledge of sustainable or innovative materials.

• You have creative freedom and great opportunity to influence.
• We are a team with good cohesion, a fast pace and who have a lot of fun at work!
