All our orders are sent by Post Nord Commodity letter class: 1 or My collect. Collection takes place Monday-Friday, non-holiday days. As soon as you have placed an order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address stating that we have received your order. When we have confirmed your order, you will receive an email with a receipt. When your package has arrived at the nearest delivery point, you will receive an SMS or email. If you do not collect your package from your agent, we will charge an administration fee of SEK 100. International orders are shipped by DHL or FEDEX. If you live near Hägersten in Stockholm, you are welcome to pick up your package at our warehouse, Tellusborgsvägen 67c.

Drop Of Mindfulness reserves itself for final sales and any image and writing errors on the site, for example errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and price adjustments or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock.

RETURNS AND SIZE EXCHANGE

You have a 30-day right of return/cancellation within Sweden from receiving your order. The product that is returned must be in new condition, i.e. unused with the label still on the product. Once we have received your return order and approved it in our quality control, it takes up to 14 days to get the money back from the time we received it. The return cost is SEK 59 and is deducted from your regular order.

TRANSPORT DEFECTS AND COMPLAINTS:

If your order is lost in the mail or damaged in shipping. Contact us at info@dropofmindfulness.com with your order number and attach a picture with an explanation of what happened and we will help you. We will then send out a new delivery note for a possible return and replacement with a new product.

We do not replace a used product or any product that is not in our webshop. If you have shopped at one of our retailers, please contact them.

WASHING LINE AND SIZE GUIDE

WASHING THREAD

  • Wash according to the laundry council's instructions.
  • Be careful not to mix garments with different washing instructions, wash black, colored and white separately.
  • Turn garments inside out before washing.
  • Wash with the number of degrees indicated in the washing advice or lower, the number of degrees indicated is the maximum permitted temperature. If in doubt, always wash at a lower temperature.
  • Do not use fabric softener.
  • Garments with zippers or buttons should never be left wet. Always be sure to close zippers and buttons before washing.
  • Do not tumble dry garments unless it is stated in the washing instructions that this is permitted.

We recommend using the Swedish-made detergent Washologi - Sports Laundry.

SIZE GUIDE:

Measure yourself using the instructions. Pay attention to the fit of the product to find the fit that suits both your body and taste best.

1: Bust - Measure where your bust is largest, for tops measure with a fitting bra and for Training Bras measure without a bra.

2: Waist - Measure where you feel your natural waist is, usually where the waist is narrowest.

3. Seat – Measure where your seat is largest.

4. Inner leg length: Measure from the crotch seam down to the foot.
