1 rhubarb stem, sliced ​​into cubes
1 dl frozen raspberries
1 frozen banana
1 tsp vanilla aroma
1 dl Greek yogurt
0.5 dl almond milk
Mix everything in a food processor or blender. Pour into a bowl and top with any fruit, berries and nuts. We chose strawberries, kiwi, crushed almonds and lemon balm. To get a really cold smoothie, make sure the banana and berries are properly frozen. To make the smoothie thicker – lessen the amount of milk.
For a vegan alternative – choose soy yogurt or coconut yoghurt instead.
