All our products are safely and quickly shipped with Postnord or FedEx. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM CEST, excluding major holidays, and are usually shipped 1-2 working days from when an order is placed. Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your recent DOM purchase, you are more than welcome to return products that are in original condition for a full refund, within 14 days after you have received your order. Fill out the return label that is enclosed with your order and attached the label on the outside of your parcel.

There is an additional fee of 5 for all returns (does not apply for size exchanges).

Are you missing a return label? contact info@dropofmindfulness.com and we will send you a new one. For international orders, the return frame is 30 days. Please contact our customer service for more information. International orders will be charged an additional €5 shipping fee upon return.

Note: For international orders, keep in mind that you can only drop off your return at a checkpoint that provides FEDEX)

QUALITY CONTROL & ADDITIONAL INFO:

We offer a 30 day return period counting from the day your order was delivered. If we were to receive a return after 30 days we will send you the products back to your address. There are some exceptions, email us at hello@grandfrank.com to know more.

We do not accept returns that are in the following conditions:

  • Tags that have been removed/cut off
  • Dirty
  • Have traces of animal fur (health hazard – allergies)
  • Smells cologne/perfume
  • Smells bad
  • Washed
  • Damaged
  • Carelessly packed and creased suede jackets
  • Any other clear signs of use or products that are not in original condition.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES:

As packages that aren’t picked up at your post office have to be sent back to us we reserve the right to charge you a handling fee (10€) to cover the return shipping costs.

Returns in 30 days for international orders, please contact our customer service for more information. International orders will be charged a shipping fee upon return – 5EU.

Did you get the wrong item or is it damaged?

Contact us at info@dropofmindfulness.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will send out a new return label for you to use if your reclaim gets approved. We do not replace any used items or items that are not on our website. If you have purchased your items through. one of our resellers we kindly ask you to get in contact directly with them.

We do not approve products that are damaged as a result of daily use or products not purchased at our webshop.

PAYMENT
All products remain Drop of Mindfulness’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Drop of Mindfulness. All transfers conducted through Drop of Mindfulness are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. In our capacity as Personal Data Controller, we may assign the processing specified above to a partner or supplier. Such processing will not be done for other purposes than what is described above.
