BAKED OATS WITH ALMONDS 

1 dl oatmeal
1 ripe banana medium size
1 start egg
1 tablespoon agave syrup
 1 tsp baking powder
1  pinch of salt
Preheat the oven (175 ° C). Grease a small ovenproof bowl with coconut oil. Add all the ingredients to the mixer and mix until smooth. Pour the batter into the mold and top with crushed almonds (or chocolate). Bake in the oven for about 2 minutes or until the batter turns a little golden brown on top.
Serve and eat hot!
