SALTY CARAMEL MOUSSE BARS

2.5 dl coconut cream

0.5 dl peanut butter (or optional nut butter)

3 tablespoons almond flour

2 tbsp stevia

1 teaspoon sea salt

100 g dark chocolate

Instructions:
Mix everything together in a small saucepan with a low temperature except for the chocolate. Carefully pour the mixture into an ice tray made of silicone and place it in the freezer. Let it set for at least 3 hours or overnight. When ready, prepare the chocolate by melting it in a bowl in a saucepan of boiling water.

Stir until no lumps remain and then remove it from the heat. Remove the frozen squares from the silicone tray and dip it in the melted chocolate. Place on a wire rack to let the chocolate drip down and solidify. Drizzle over the remaining chocolate and sprinkle with a little extra sea salt. Store in the refrigerator or freezer. If you store it in the freezer, it will taste like snickers ice cream! So yummy
