Of course, what self-care looks like  depends on who you are and what you do best. Maybe you need to meditate or do yoga, meet up with dear friends or listen to music. When you figure out what fills your batteries and makes you feel good, self-care is a balm for the soul and your energy level will be at its peak.

Maybe the saying ”Treat others the way you want to be treated”  rings a bell? It’s probably something most of us have heard since we were children, but even so, treating ourselves with kindness and respect seems to be very difficult for us humans to embrace.  We seem to have an easier time treating others better than we do ourselves. – Create routines that make you feel good even in times like these. Prioritize food, sleep and physical activity. Moving is important to release tension in the muscles.
