Orders and payments
Where is my order, I have waited more than 5 working days?
Our delivery time is 2-5 working days and we always strive to send out orders the following working day. If more than 5 working days have passed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and name and we will help you there. We recommend downloading the postnord/feedex app to track your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can not change anything in your order yourself after you have confirmed it, but our customer service can help you! Contact us at email@example.com.
How do I know that my order has been processed?
As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. Please note that you enter the correct e-mail address in checkout. Don’t forget to check your spam inbox.
Returns and exchanges
When will I receive my refund?
From the point when we receive your return and it passes our quality control, your money will be refunded within 14 working days. We recommend that you save the receipt you receive at the delivery point when you return your product.
I have returned my products and have chosen to pay by invoice. What should I pay?
If you choose Klarna: Download the Klarna App to easily track your payment with us. There you can pay your invoice and keep track of your purchase history.
How do I get my refund when I pay with Klarna/Adyen?
After we have approved your return, we will refund your money through Klarna/Adyen who will transfer your amount to your bank. This can take between1 and 4 working days.
Why is my payment not going through?
Contact Klarna’s customer service if you have problems with payment. I want to pay in instalments via Klarna.
What is the minimum amount I can pay?
This is up to you. Read more about partial payment here at Klarna.
The order did not go through but the money has been withdrawn anyway. Why?
Contact us with your order number and sen you an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you.

Can I use my gift card on discounted products?
Is there a discount code I can take advantage of?
As a new customer you always have 15% on your first order.
Can I combine several discounts?
No, sorry. Only one offer at a time unless otherwise stated in our marketing.
Can I change products and still use the same discount code?
Yes. Contact us at email@example.com before you send back your exchange so we can ensure that the item you want to change to is in stock.
Do I need to provide my social security number when ordering?
You only need to provide your social security number if you choose to pay via Klarna. If you have questions about how we handle your personal data, contact firstname.lastname@example.org (responsible for GDPR)
What are the shipping fee?
We have different shipping cost. You can read more here.
How are my products delivered?
All our orders are shipped with PostNord Varubrev class: 1 or My collect. All international orders are shipping with Fedex.
Your products are delivered to the nearest delivery point.
When will my products arrive?
Your products are normally delivered within 2-5 working days.
Have you received my return?
Once we have received your return, approved it and made a refund, you will receive a confirmation of this through email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at email@example.com.
What does it cost to make a return?
A return fee of SEK 49 will be added which is deducted from your order cost / invoice (does not apply to change of size).
Can I return several products in the same package?
Yes. Fill out the return slip carefully before handing it in to your postal agent.
Is it possible to return goods that I bought from an outlet or promotion?
How do I make a return?
Fill out the return slip that comes with your order. – Within Sweden you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the point you receive your order. The product that is returned must be in new condition, ie unused with the label left on the product. Pack the product in the existing plastic bag, use the return label and hand it in at your nearest postal agent.
What is the limit for regreting a purchased order?
You have a 14-day right of return / right of withdrawal within Sweden from the time you receive your order.
I have shopped from a retailer that sells Drop Of Mindfulness(Boozt.com Åhlnes.se Stadium.com Nelly.com Bubbelwoom.com ). Can i ship my return to you?
No. You need to return your order to the retailer you purchased it from.
I have shopped my Drop of mindfulness products from Nordic Wellness and want to return my order. Can I send it to you?
No, we can not accept a return from Nordic Wellness. However, we can help you if you have any complaints.
